Chassisman,
I understand her additiction somewhere between 170-180 is where i would develop like "tunnel vision" I have been over 200 mph more times than i counted on my 2003 Suzuki Hayabusa (bought new & was modified of course), my wife is real petite & can tuck right in behind me. She wanted to go super fast 1 day so i got her to appx 190 mph before she started tugging (stop signal) said her Helmet was lifting & it was exciting but once was enough :-X04
I got rid of it a few years ago before my daughter was born....I miss it :-X15

Thanks for the info man so the second run on the trailer was probably close to 3 or 4 yards then.

Nice, haha! Guess I might have given it up too after that... Never been that fast in anything, but I know that broken lines look solid somewhere around 130

yup. they turn pretty much solid after 130-135 mph.
at at that speed you are guaranteed dead if something happens.
it took me close to 2 miles to safely stop from 165 mph in the 7 litre.

2002 f350 xl sd regular cab long bed 5.4l v8 4x4 (manual 4x4 on the floor gear w/ manual hubs)

This reminds me of my 88 bronco custom a little what with the scant interior - vinyl seats and rubber floor.

Registered recreational! Luckily the former owners had it registered subn (suburban?)

Chassisman, that was a pretty cool looking Vette. I probably would have had a tough time getting rid of it. And Wow that is just crazy fast, I don't think I'd ever want to go that fast on an open road, but I bet it would be exciting, I guess.:-roll :-X04.

Here's some of my Dads truck towing 2 golf carts that we took out to the campgrounds when we went camping last weekend. The white(really loud gas), junky looking one :-X04 is my uncles. It doesn't look pretty, but he did get a great deal on it. He got for only $100, how could anyone pass that up, sounds like a good deal to me. And the red one(electric) is ours, its pretty nice and in great shape with a lot of new parts, including wheels and tires, but its a little dirty from my brother driving it around in the yard, lol.:D

And at McDonalds before we got to the campgrounds, I thought it was a cool looking angle/pic.

Jon that is an awesome load. We have 2 golf carts our selves one is an electric that we got for free it either needs new batterys or a new motor. The other one is a 6 passanger golf cart that is gas it needs a rebuild on the engine the PO ran it without oil or something but it is knocking now. Before the fire we use to have a Taylor dunn electric golf cart and a Yamaha electric the Yamaha one you could spin the tires on.

Here is our latest work. 2 days to get it road ready needed a new set of tires which my buddy let me borrow along with his solid steel hitch extender. Went back on the 2nd day (yesterday) put the tires on hooked up threw a bunch of wood and other things in the trailer. I followed my dad with the expedition he drove the 02 F250 V10. Was tons of fun. 30-45 miles at about 40 mph. Truck got to 3k rpm and that's it and that was once on a huge hill the 97 expedition towed nothing and was at that most of the time. LOL. No pics of it going down the road as I was driving and no pics after throwing all that stuff in but here is one hooked up and pulled out about 300ft. By the way we had 1000lbs about of tools in the bed too. The mobile is a 10x50.

Thanks Trav. Yeah ours is electric with all new batteries, its good and is pretty fast. My uncles is a gas and runs ok, but hey it is 30 years old, and was only $100, so why not right? That Yamaha must have been awesome. With ours its almost like a turbo. It starts off slow and then starts to pick quickly. What I really want is a four-wheeler, that would be awesome. I've wanted one for years, but haven't been able to get one. Maybe someday though...

RedDevil460 06-01-2013 03:38 PM

Nice, Trav. That is a sweet load there. So how'd the truck handle it, I bet it towed it pretty well. Again sweet trailer there, good job.:-X22

Redneckfordf2502002 06-01-2013 03:41 PM

Soon me and my brothers are going to go back to the guy who gave us the trailer posted above and get a 4 wheeler for some work it is a Honda 900 just needs a battery and tires. That Yamaha was awesome my dad wouldn't let me or my brothers drive it because it was so fast so we drove the Taylor dunn it was slow but I towed our 89 F250 with it sometimes our flatbed and it did awesome.
