Yeah, no bump in title. 'S OK I wish I could keep "Senior" forever. I'm proud of my grey hairs. I worked for them. Am adding more right now trying to get this wireless 4-in-1 (HP) runnin. It's been 4 days, 1 @ the computer store. Will go to the 4 in 1 store after checking up @ the HP site. I rebuilt my carb but this 'puter stuff has me goin...

Chad,

You need to install it on your PC using a USB cable first..

Then install a second printer and choose the wireless network option..

It will find your router and then you can disconnect the USB cable and use it wirelessly..

It may be a stupid question, but you do have a router right??

An RS-485 interface on a brand new piece of equipment ( Made in Japan ) that' not supported by the MFGer, and I have to be the one to tell them that the software and interface is not available to talk to the controller. So I get itched at at no fault of my own.

I hear that.. Been there done that..

Your trying to set things straight caused by some other bonehead and they start getting pi$$ed at you and they get off free as a bird..
