Good evening everyone! where's everyone at?

Getting prepared for an amazingly wonderful busy week.
I have a V.P. of my company coming into Thursday to perform a site inspection of our audit and compliance records.
After that I am Vegas bound where the buildings there that I just got on promotion need to be brought around to a 180* from where they are now. I have some good employees and some that are good workers but have no direction. I am honestly torn here, but they should know their job well enough to do it without constant supervision.

Oh the joys of doing a good job and getting recognized for it, then to be given the worst of the worst to straighten out. i always like a good challenge, guess I got one now!!!
