Kinda slow on the truck right now, its all about the money. I do have the sound deadener ordered for the doors and roof. It's called Rammat, supposed to be as good as Dynamat, just less expensive.. I did a lot of net surfing looking for the right product.
Anyway, since i'm off on Mondays, I broke out the Dewalt buffer, and am putting a good polish on my 79 since it is a warm day, although muggy. This is something you can do free--except for the beer!!

I just got my custom tunes in from Spartan Diesel, I can't wait to get home and try them out.

Polish away. I just put a super chips micro max on my 6.0. I want the sct just dont have the extra cash right now. I bought the super chips from a friend for $200. He had his truck reflashed and didnt want to bother having it updated. For some reason he wants to go with a bully dog set up. I tried to talk him out of it but he is hard headed.

The tuner made a difference as night and day. I didn't drive it but twice befor I had to go to work.

I ran the Bully Dog PMT for a while. It had lots of power and made lots of smoke. But I dont think its to easy on the engine or trans. After the PMT I got the Banks six gun with PDA. After reading all the bad review about Banks here I sold it. I only had it for 2 months. I ordered the SCT XcalIII from Matt @ Spartan Diesel. I'll let you know how it does.

Man, ya'll are killin' me with these diesels! I have several friends with both 7.3s and 6.0s. They all love them. One of these days when I hit the lottery!!!
