Nothing really, reached to pick up something not too heavy and yeow, pulled something in the lower middle area of my back.

and then you couldn't straighten up right?

You got it, and the spasms that followed all weekend didn't allow any relief

Been there done that,
Should have seen me when I fell and cracked
my back on the front step, cracked a vertebra
didn't know it got to work coughed and something
else popped and couldn't move after that.
Spent the rest of the day at the hospital.
Morphine what a wonderful drug

I found Diesel for $3.89 per gal in dover!!!!!!!

That is about $2 a gallon cheaper than what it is running up here.
