That dash is in great shape compared to the rest of the vehicle.
It looks like someone wanted the steering wheel until they got to that point and couldn't figure out how to get it out.

By the looks of it it wouldn't have taken much to rip the roof off the thing...lol

Yep, Buick Nailhead. And even as much of a Ford guy as I am, I wouldn't change a thing. That just screams classic hot rod. I'd drive that baby just like it is. :-X22
