Good morning, I've got to get on the house today and replace a roof vent, I didn't know it was leaking until I saw the water stain on the sheetrock ceiling...always something...

The never ending home repair syndrome...lol

Renting does have its benefits but I like owning better.

Yep, Buying a house is the way to go. I've got friends who've been renting for years and have nothing to show for it, My house is just about paid for. I'm gonna have a big party when I make the last payment :-bigparty
