In my book BIG FAT burger and 6 oz. are not the same. In my book a big fat burger would be around the 12 - 16 oz range. That way Sean you can say that you only had 1 burger and not be telling tall tales ..........}>

Seriously, if you had a 6 oz. and a salad that was a heck of a lot better than what I had today.
Lets see...
Breakfast: Eggs benedict with mock holandaise sauce washed down with coffee
Lunch: a bowl of home made baked beans with salt pork
Dinner: A burger, a red and a white hot dog, more baked beans, potato and macaroni salad and a piece of cake.
That about covers it today, and this was my splurge day on my diet.
