The FE 390 4V manifold won't work as the intake gaskets are different. The only 4V manifold that would work (it's very heavy) would be from a 1964/78 391 or 1974/78 361.

F70 = F700 (gas).

H = 370 2V or 4V

V = Kentucky Truck Assembly Plant.

HK0078 = 1980.

A new question for you

The part number will be Ford related.

Pic: Here's the LN applications from the truck parts catalog.

You might try Red Head Steering Gears, located in Seattle.

ND, again at work and am puzzling over something I found when working on the truck in preparation to move it to its permanent home-the truck has a transmission mounted PTO for the dump cylinder and it appears to have a belt driven, electric clutch actuated small hydraulic pump mounted on the top, passenger side of the engine. I suspect it was added by the truck bed chassis modifier (Aquatech of Cleveland) and I am trying to confirm (without access to my parts manual) whether it could be an OEM install and if it is verify its intended function-could you peruse your 85 manual for the ln700 w/the 8.2l DD and tell me if it could be own?

thanks

PTO would not have been factory installed, there's no info in the parts catalog for a PTO

Info. 1992 F700

1 Attachment(s)
Good afternoon.
This is my first post, otherwise I'd post a picture of the vin tag.

I'm interested in finding out more on this f700

2/92

Vin: 1FTWK72PXNVA22024
Body:8
Trans:cv
Axle:W2
Ext pnt: EC
DSO:560118
"Triangle shape" FOTA-15204A10-GA

It has a 6.6l 185hp motor in it, and I know the tranny has been changed to a Eaton 13speed. I run a hotshot in a 1 ton dodge but need a heavier drive axle and this truck is available. I've messaged a little bit with neverenufhp and have his thoughts about increasing the horsepower on the motor. The rear end ratios are what I'm really interested in.
Thank you.
