When I first broke into the business...way too long ago...I had a friend who got a job at a mega-dealer...28 salespeople...14 per shift...with a 4 hour overlap in the middle of the day. He said that he spent the first month trying to sell cars to other salespeople because he didn't know if they worked there or not!!!:-X05
