Thanks for the well wishes guys. I'm pretty sore this morning, but have to go to work. I'll know in a day or two if the injection helped. If not, it's doubtful the same doc will do this again.

Howdy Monty. Too bad you can't sleep. Good thing I'm not - although I hope that will change two hours from now, shortly after I get home. Besides my normal job of overseeing the entire refinery, I'm also covering for the direct supervisor of the big unit that is down for repair, as well as 5 other units that he normally handles (half of the refinery), so It has kept me busier than normal. Usually, he just feeds me information, but runs the crew himself. Tonight, I got to do it all. Hope the meds help.

I think the reason I'm not sleeping is the steroids they injected. I never sleep when taking them.
Hope you get some sleep buddy. Good luck with the things at the factory.

Doug, no improvement for us. We always lag at least a year behind the start of major projects ... and none starting yet. Will be slow for a bit for us.

Canuck thanksgiving this weekend. Looks like everyone we invited is coming (never thought that would happen) .... 24 people for dinner. Wife is going to buy a second turkey today. 1 we will cook in the oven, the other deep fry. Should be fun :)

Darren/Gerry/Steve - What is a typical traditional Canadian Thanksgiving meal?

Turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing, vegetables (usually no room for those..), sweet potatoes, some salads, cranberries and pumpkin pie. For us anyway.
