Wow!!! I don't know what to say on that. There's a member here that is a Ford rep that might be able to help you. Since you are new here, personal messages are not an option yet until you get 25 posts I believe. I will try to locate her and let her know about this post.

Edit: I sent her a message about your situation.

I have already been in contact with ford factory reps, they do not want to honor the warranty contract, actually this isn't first ford that they refused to honor warranty but it will be the last ford product I'll ever have.
my 56 t bird with a 312 Y block was better built and more reliable than what I have seen coming out of ford and that is really sad.

You have really got me curious as to what has happened. How many Ford dealers have you been to? I would guess the Ford reps are going off what the dealers have told them as opposed to what you are saying. Unless the truck was in an accident, or you were extremely negligent, (I'm not accusing you of that by the way) Ford should make their product good.

We don't like to get into pissing matches on here about new Ford trucks, but we also don't like it when Ford does not stand behind their product. I hope Crystal gets a hold of you and something can be done to make it right.

I want to escalate this to your regional customer service manager, Shadow99688; I know they'll do all they can to help. To get started, PM me your full name, best daytime phone number, VIN, current mileage, and servicing dealership.

Crystal

I have spoken to Manager at Ford Headquarters and the regional Rep back in September/October/November. in November got a lawyer, Ford Motor Company still refuses to repair so I will be forced to pay for repairs out of my own pocket.
vehicle has been taken to ford dealerships in Indiana, Massachusetts, Oregon, Washington and Alaska. they wouldn't even plug into port to tell my why the engine light was on.
AutoZone plugged in and printed trouble report.
Speciality Trucks in Alaska repaired the fuel and emissions systems something Ford dealers refused to do.

Isn't any one else curious as to how a truck that has been driven to "Indiana, Massachusetts, Oregon, Washington and Alaska" has under 8k miles on it?
:-huh

wasn't driven to Indiana
I picked it up NEW in Indiana drove to MA, then to OR then to AK and to WA.
not sure that odometer is working properly as gps lists total trip as a little over 8k miles

Ford claims that this wear is not caused by anything wrong with chassis both front tires have same wear there is no camber adjustment. this wear is caused by camber being out.
