You gotta be in pretty darn good shape, Scott. I went for a mile jog a couple weeks back, and quickly realized just how out of shape I am.. I thought my lungs were gonna explode! I used to run a mile every night, so I didn't think much of it.. man was I wrong!

Well I have lost over 117lbs in the past 2 years so trying to get in shape. I am currently 6'3 and around 185 but want to get down another 15 pounds before the new year.

I admire you for that. Keep up the good work.

I am envious of you.. Right now I am about 6'1" and weigh about 285... When I wrestled/played football I was in the 203 range, and I was in GOOD shape... Looks like I got way too lazy, huh?
(220-ish in football, had to cut weight for wrestling)
