My attorney says there's not much I can do but set a date and hope for the best on getting "the stuff" out. So, looking at what I want to do. Yard sale season starts in late April, so maybe I pick something like that...lol.

Yes, sadly it could unless I say something. There's no real precedent otherwise. Technically, should have all been gone before closing but I'd never get here if it went that route.
