I finally got the new over-range microwave installed over the weekend... bought it last July. Sure glad it works, I think the warranty is up by now, lol. ;)

The old one that's been in for 15 years gave up the ghost Pat.... wow those things have really gone up in 15 years!

Yeah, tell me about it... that's why it's been sitting in a box in the corner for 6 months. And of course, no two are alike, so we have extra air holes in the bottom of the cabinet and the wall from the old one. :rolleyes:

I also have to install either: A. A toilet seat riser or
B. A new ADA spec toilet.

With Penny's hip problem the hardest thing for her to do now is getting on and off the iron horse.

I put one in back when we moved in, it was a big honkin' sinkerator. I think I could grind tree limbs with it!!LOL

I had to make a new duct system for the one that was installed in our house. the previous morons didn't bother, and just had it venting into the cabinet above it. The vent outside was blocked of with a piece of plywood.:-X15

Go for the ADA compliant throne, Bud. Easier and more comfy in the long run.

I'm sure it would LOOK a lot better too! And MUCH easier to keep clean.....
