Indeed! Today has been so busy I'm ready for a week off.. Really strange for this time of year, and for being so cold out side.. Why can't people just be normal and fly when it's nice out?

Just got back from a very eventful and busy day, went to brunch with the Mrs.'s, MIL, and youngest. Went home picked up Bronx to go to the County Park for a five mile walk through the woods, got about 1.5 into the woods and about 50 yards ahead of us is a huge black bear, now I'm not gonna even guess how big it was, told the wife to take the dog back while I watched what it was going to do as I searched my pockets for my 5" Gerber dagger, not that it would have done much, but I felt better having it. Once the wife and dog were a good ways back, I started walking backwards keeping my eye on it, once I got back to where they were it took off in the other direction.

We waited for a few minutes and proceeded on our nature walk while I cranked up my iPhone playing Drowning Pool, "Let the bodies hit the floor".......

We see bears in the city up here, they are lookin for food or garbage

I haven't ever seen a bear around here, although I'm sure they are out there somewhere. The worst we have to worry about is mountain lions.
