Yes it's ram air. Very similar to the 99-04 Mustang style.

I'm still waiting to win the lottery so I can start working on my pickup again.. so far my chances are not looking good..

I have a spot on the same door starting under the paint right now. I also have a lower edge on my tailgate that is rusting away and a hole in the bed floor behind both wheels. That spot looks like it is one where the salt and crap collects during the winter.
