They still sell pretty well up here too. Lots of people want these trucks. I don't see it dropping off that much when a new one costs 70k...

Put them 550 springs on there Glenn! You won't have any issues with weight then. Only problem is you aren't taking the geo anymore. You really don't want to drive without a trailer on or a bunch of weight in the box with them springs. They are stiff..

That's a decent rig, but will take 4-6k in mods to get it where it needs to be }>

I had mine priced based on new trans, new EXPENSIVE mods, Zero rust, and overall condition. I didn't get one phone call. That's alright...she stays :D

More like 11k

He bought the engine I built for the dually I had. On paper it should do 600+hp

I don't think I want that much springs, lol. Maybe add one wouldn't hurt a bit. Do you just get them out of a salvage yard or........

I got them from General Spring. They are new takeoffs from a truck converted to an air ride ambulance. 150 bucks a piece for 10leaf pack and an overload on each side. Cost 150 to ship them though.

Sounds like a nice truck Mike. My uncle had a straight cab 350. I like them. Should give us some pictures sometime.:-X22

Thanks Darin, I'll check it out. Don't know if I have the time before leaving though! These grand kids want to go to the pool now, I guess the beach wasn't enough. They are killing me! LOL

Well boys I guess I'm not going on a visit to my buddies house out east this weekend like I planned. What a bummer . Went out to start Clifford and the batteries are dead as a wedge. I drove it Monday to work and all was well. Tonight it's dead to the world. I'm going to have to get into it and figure out where the draw is. It sat for several weeks before the weekend and was fine grr . What a buzzkill in general.
Byron,I don't want to know the price point on what I have shoveled into this heap in the last year... Neither does my wife need to know..
These trucks prices are all over the place, who really knows what they are worth. I say they are worth what someone will pay.

Your not going over dead batteries? Drive the Lincoln!
