Really heavy rain and high sustained winds right now.

Tested the generator out Saturday, got 20 gallons of gasoline, should be good for 2 or 3 days run timey.

The electric just went off and on 3 or 4 times now, just a matter of time before it goes out I quess.

Wind is really howling now. Sandy will come ashore some where near Cape May, NJ, then cross the DE bay near Middletown.

George...glad to hear you're still OK...Frankenstorm has been a big bust in Western MA...about a 1/4 inch of rain and some wind. I'm satisfied with that.

We're looking at 7 & 1/2 " of rain in my gauge right now........... Hey, that's fine as long as it all stays outside where it belongs!!!! :D

It is still blowing and looks terrible under the streetlights, but the gauge is only registering 8" now... So we're getting more wind than rain now.... I still see no trees down yet, and here I sit with two spanking new 18" chainsaws and twenty gallons of gas!!!!
Maybe I'll slip out and "assist" some of my neighbor's trees to "go to the light"..}>
