Hi I have read through cv swap build a few times your truck looks great. I just did it on my 77 f100. Did you go with lowering springs? Mine seems to sit up quite high. Right now I still have the cv rims on the front but there is a bout a two inch gap between the top of the tire and the wheel well. I noticed yours sits almost flush i was wondering how you got it this way. Thanks douglee

Hello Dave, I live near Everett, WA and have a 66 F100. I have been thinking about doing a CV swap like you did and was curious what you thought of the swap. What motor did you use? I just finished restoring mine but would love getting rid of the twin I beam and king pins. Thanks for any advise,
    Jon

Just bought some adapters for the rear that took it from 5X5 to 5X4.5. Jegs has some pretty decent adapters. It also helped with the different offset of the mustang/crown vic rims vs the truck rims.

Hi John from Rocky hill CT. Just wondering what you did with the different bolt patterns from front to back. I'm pretty sure front is 5x4.5 and rear is 5x5.5. Could you let me know.
    Thanks
    John

I wasn't thinking when I cut the old suspension out and didn't mark or messer anything and am kicking myself for not doing so.

I'm wanting to put the crown Vic front end in my swb 2wd 79 and was wondering if you could tell me where to drill the holes for the k member, how to hook up the trailing arms, where you drilled holes for the sway bar, and what your motor mounts look like? Also what year of crown Vic front end did you use?
    thanks
    Mike
