Hi Donald, looking thru this ole thread and noticed your gauges. Streamline? Have they worked well? I have a set I bought to redo the panel in my 53 with. Just haven't gotten around to it yet. Joe

Saw you post under SuperNationals thread, are you looking for a DSDoor for a 56? What is the going price for those?
There is a salvage yard east of Junction City Kansas that has one and I think it is in pretty good shape but they wanted $275 for it the last time I checked. You know "just looking" and actually buying makes one a lot more critical of condition but I could check it out they next time I'm out that way if you really need one. I don't have any immediate plans but do have a brother out by Woodbury so may eventually be able to deliver if you aren't in any hurry.

Donald! Hope you are well, haven't seen you online for a while. I have a chance to buy an 86 Crown Vic that runs and drives and is currently tagged. My question for you and I hope you are the guy, is whether or not this is a front steer clip as I think your truck is also a front steer. I haven't done a front steer clip and am looking for someone who has or that has some good pics. Let me know, fatfenders56@yahoo.com

Hello Donald. I was enjoying the pics of Ole Blue and was wondering about the color on the grille. Is it the original Sungate Ivory? I've been thinking about what to do with my '54 grille. The truck is going to be some shade of dark blue and, after studying Ole Blue, I think that color on the grille would make it "pop". So...is it Sungate Ivory or some other color? Thanks for a reply. Jon

I'm located in Winnipeg Manitoba, Canada. I'll probably just source a good 8.8 from an Explorer, that'll have to wait till next spring. I've blown my budget and my kids hockey is starting soon, that'll keep us, and our wallet busy.

Hello Donald, I have a 56f100 and just stumbled across a cherry 88 Lincoln Town Car. I was wondering if I could use the differential In the 56. It would be nice to be able to use the complete drive line, not to mention all the other bells and whistles from the donor. Thanks - Grant

Restomod 55F100 Part 2. This is my second slantcab. I bought a 53' at age 18 in 1988 with the goal of restorod. While it turned out to be a fair ride in itself this one has turned out beyond my best hopes. Thanks to Son and Father team Kerry and Jerry Bush for their great work. They are indeed masters in the F100 field.
