    Ist you can't find parts for them any more haven't been made since 1972 If I remember rite that trany shift very very hard in a pickup the one I had broke my leaf springs dam near all of them in 3months.I had to cut the floor board out and make a larger one.if you like you can call me on my cell any time before 10:00 PM

    I noticed an old post where you said you had an Allison mt 40 in a truck. I have considered using this trans in a project coming up and information on it is hard to find. First off, how did you fit it in?
