Nice F-250. Couple questions on the stacks. I'm considering gettting them for my '94 F350, gas burner. Any thing you'd do different? Any advice? Did you install them, etc? Thanks for any tips...

    Hi Sycostang67

I remember reading a comment in one of your posts about the differences you found towing with a C6 vs a ZF in the same truck, but can't find it now......can you refresh me on it (mpg, general performance etc)? I'm looking at going from C6 to a manual too.

You stated that the tailgate in the picture that you posted here is from a '95 and it is installed on an '85. My question is; did you have to change the hardware that was on the truck in order to mount the newer tailgate?

I'm not sure, electronic engine controls is outside my comfort zone. I would think that any 351W of that body style would have the same setup if not very similar. Ford doesn't like to make big changes during a production run until they redesign the majority of the package.

Perhaps a 300 I-6 would be better for towing?

Looking to do an engine swap in my 1996 Ford E150. It has a 302 (5.0L) EFI. I want to install a 351W. I am sure I will need a 1996, as they have OBD-II. Any suggestions?
