Hey brother, thanks for your help with my MIA torx bit. I'm thinking I may consider dropping the pan. You mentioned you may have some information to help me with the job. If that's the case, perhaps you could email them to awt2383@aol.com. If not, no sweat, I still appreciate your help.

Your pressures in the video you posted indicate a bigger problem than solenoids. If you can find a good shop, it would probably be a good idea to have them give you an estimate on a rebuild. One thing is for sure - the original solenoid you replaced was not the source of the problem as you were advised, replacement of it probably was not necessary IMO.

Hey Sean -take a look at post 15 in the thread linked below. Cheaper than a new transmission.

    http://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/11...-problems.html

I do not profess to know that much about transmissions, but you don't have metal, you have taken care of the transmission, and your symptoms match a LOT of others that relate back to (edit) pressure.

I would still be interested in all of the pump pressures (warmed up engine and transmission), but I will not keep pressing for that.

Also, check out post #7 in the thread below:

How soon do I need to get it done? All of a sudden I have 20deg delta. Can I drive this thing around town for awhile? Im considering doing it myself. Been along time since Ive done any serious wrenching , then its been old school stuff. 60's, 70,s, 80,s model stuff, nothing this fancy ever. I need to do standpipes, dummy plugs too don't I? 2006 model.
