Hey John , Is there anychance you can post pics of the new lines you got ? I will try to find the part numbers of the ones I used. There should be an all rubber one and that goes on the pass side and where I have the magnafine filter on mine. Then there should be a steel / rubber line for the drivers side, the rubber end goes to the cooler and the steel end goes to the radiator and thats where I had to cut it and use the swagelock. Hey John , the swagelok number is ss-810-6-6 and it is a stainless steel 1/2 to 3/8 compression union. As far as the cooler lines you can use 2004 to 2007 6.0 transmission cooler lines, The one end is different on the 2004 than the 2007 but it doesnt matter because that is the end you cut off for the swagelok union. As in the pics I went with a 1/2" magnafine filter and a piece of 1/2" trans line and then when I got closer to the trans I transittioned back to 3/8" using a 1/2" to 3/8" barb fitting on both ends.
