Ahh, JB Weld, gotcha. What about the connector parts that attach the headlight housings to the truck? Mine have a little play to them and I can see my headlight beams jiggle too much while driving. Did your Depo housings come with good attachment/ angle adjustment screws or did you have to swap them with your stock parts as I did mine?

Well as it turns out, the middle pin of the motocontrol unit was bent. After correcting this, I was able to get high beams, but only when the lever was in low beam. I then swapped the blue and brown wires and now everything is fully operational. For the time being, instead of using my butyl rubber, I ran a thick bead of silicone around the headlight lens to seal the housing. The only slight issue I have at this point is the rotating of the projectors. I can simply reach behind and rotate them by hand. Are yours that loose or have u tightened them further?

Hello, plz respond if u get this. I followed you f-150 HID retrofit guide, I even purchased the same square lenses. The only BIG issue I am having is that when I switch to high beams, the bulbs turn off. Did you have this same problem and if so, how did you overcome it? At first, I couldn't get the bulbs to activate. I finally realized that I had to switch the vehicle input connector to the first 9007 connector before the split. Please respond asap as I must have this system completed before I return to work, otherwise I will be forced to switch back to my halogens.
EDIT - I am currently unable to receive private messages so If u have sent me a pm, plz copy and paste it here.

Yes you can. Just make sure you get injectors with the same flow rate.

I have a 93 5.0 long box short cab. I like your lights. If you are making them for people give me a price. Or if you can make a plug and play kit I can pit it together if you can give some good instructions. I made some led lights in my Nissan Xterra. See YouTube. Let me know what you offer as I'm fixing up my truck. Also interested in pulley kit, ac clutch, stainless brake lines if you know of anything.

Do you still have the gauge cluster? You said it only works on 92-93 fords? I have a 1994 and mine doesn't have the tach.... Is there something preventing later models from working? If you still have it does it include the leds?

You know, I don't mind people doing what they want but don't make me a part of it if that's not what I want. I was at a light today and a Hummer H2 was behind me. After a minute he turned on his stereo and he made sure everyone could hear it. That bothers me to a certain extent. I wish I was in my truck. I would have spun my rear wheels to give him something he didn't want: road gravel. My front tires wouldn't have moved an inch. Damn, wish I had the truck to see the look on his face.
