Greetings, Nicmike. Nicmike, I am new to FTE and need some help.

Do you know where we can rent Rotunda tools to remove and install a low pressure oil pump on our 2000, 7.3 L, Excursion?

The tools are available for purchase and rent from retailers, but very expensive. Others are not willing to rent or loan their tools.

If you know of any FTE members that would be willing to rent their tools we would be grateful. We would pay the replacement cost of the tool(s) until returned in the same condition, shipping, and rent.

To provide credibility because I am new to FTE and can not send or receive private messages, please know we believe we are good people and treat other people as we would like to be treated.

Me and my family are located in Houston, TX. Any help from you folks would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your consideration. You and yours please stay safe.

    Scott

Thanks for the rep. Getting the information needed often becomes an issue of asking the right question(s). I always tell my kids to think about what they are asking for before they ask for it because... if you don't want the answer, don't ask the question.
