Yes, fixed. Re-man engine from Ford (although it DID cost me $900 out of pocket - long story there). Anyways, low oil pressure seemed to be the problem. The timing chain tensioner gasket was blown out, and I'm of the opinion that was the culprit, although the dealer weren't very interested in finding the root cause....as they were getting paid to replace the engine!
