    wow, sorry i didnt reply. been off the grid doing longhaul havent been online in a very long time! anyway if its any help now...
    4" springs in the front with the solid dana 44, 6" leafs in the back with no blocks (4" overall lift)
    NP205 transfer case from a 78 bronco vs. the chain drive BW1356 they come with, heavy as hell but youl never break it. had to modify the tailhousing on the tranny to mount it and the tranny is no where near strong enough to support the weight so i fabbed up some bracketry for that.
    the SAS was not terribly difficult with the right tools and a good understanding of suspension and geometry. i highly suggest snooping on this site, there are lots of threads dedicated entirely to the SAS that are VERY helpful.
