    Do you have 2wd or 4wd? I have 2wd with a 390 c6. I used the cheap flowtech, on the passenger side I had to grind a big chunk out of the corner of the motor mount and dent that that tube that was hitting the mount. And if I remember correctly I had to bend the whole header on one side because it was pushed in towards the motor once I did all that those header extensions got me over the crossmember. If you have 4wd it will be different I am sure

    Thanks for the info on the header extensions. But I don't think that those will help me, reason is my flow tech long tubes actually rest (more like being push in toward the motor) on the cross member on passenger side. Pass.side is also hitting motor mount.
