    Hi,

I saw your post about your overhead display needing repair. It's actually a very common problem, and I've been doing these repairs for years for forum members.

If you're interested in having your display repaired, please send me an email at steven-p@sbcglobal.net -- I will repair it for a flat fee using all new components (most others who do the repair simply try to "glue" or blob solder onto the existing components without regard for the oxidation that caused the problem in the first place), test and return the module to you via USPS priority mail -- usually the next day. I charge $100 for the repair, but keep in mind that I replace all of the problem components with new components with higher temperature specifications than the original parts, so you will never have a repeat of the same problem.

Let me know if I can be of help to you, and if not, maybe you can pass my info on to another forum member who has the same problem.

    Regards,

    Steve Pepin.
