Man i found some answers on PH test.
<li class="step "> Compare the color of the strip to the pH color chart provided with the strip kit. The recommended pH for antifreeze is any value from 7.5 to 9. Mine is 7.5 so i must be good, Thanks DIYMechanic

Thanks for the rep. Tried to rep you back, but don't know if it went through. The rep gods have not been nice to me lately.
I was really disappointed in the SGII. The only thing that worked "out of the box" was the Tach and Voltmeter. I had read up and checked up on it and knew a few things wouldn't work because of the OBD1 / OBD 2 transition. I did not realize how non functional it really was on the 96 PSD. Guess what fooled me was all of the codes for the 96 they had for the "X" gauge function on it that don't seem to work when applied. I did finally get the EOT and ECT working after spending more time than I care to admit fooling with different codes.
When I plugged it into my sons F150, I was even more disappointed when I saw all of the info on his that just popped up stock that I couldn't get to work on mine. On his newer rig, it seems to work great, shows four gauges at once and provides just about everything you could think of except the tire pressure.
