As a reminder, I'm not sure whether or not the cluster bulbs, printed circuit, and the IVR are in good shape, so keep in mind that you may have to replace one or all of those. I can source parts for you as well if you need them.

Hey man, I apologize beforehand, I got smacked with a $700 loan repayment at school so I have been working non-stop trying to raise the money to pay it off so I can attend school again in the fall. Your package WILL be going out tomorrow, and I will be taking a picture for you so you know it's on it's way. I'm gonna see about putting tracking on it too if it's not 60,000 dollars.
