    sorry, thought you had just trimmed it up to fit the 5.9. Any reason you went with the 542 over the 547 trans?

    Thanks a lot, first the transmission. Did it fit in smoothly? Or did you need to do some trimming, custom mounts, or anything? And did you have any trouble with the adapter?

    A quick question........How much hood clearance are you going to end up with? I'm going to go look at a 4bta tomorrow. It has the water aftercooler on it and am wondering if its going to clear the hood. thanks 78 PEB
