    No, that's not possible. You are probably talking to a service writer. Most service writers know less about cars than the customer does. You need to escalate this to the service manager, then the dealership's general manager. They did something wrong and need to fix it. Most likely they left a connector unplugged when they reinstalled the transmission.

    Yes, you can. I never remember which one is out and which is in on a 4R75. If yours has a cooler in the radiator the flow is from the trans to the radiator cooler.
