    I have a manual trans in it now. It was an E4od when I bought it. If I was good with windows paint I'd do a picture for you of what I have figured out. Please correct me if I'm wrong but the orange wire from the engine harness should splice into the vehicle harness orange wire that goes to the HEGO sensor?

    The light blue wire with a yellow stripe goes to two different places depending on if you have a E4OD or not.
    The images are from the Ford 1990 F-Series E&V & TS Manual.
    The 1991 wiring should be the same.
