    Hi,
I was reading online and i ran across a post you made regarding a VSS sensor and your slipping into neutral. I am having the exact same issue and every replacement VSS we instal I have the same problem and at 70MPH we get a speedometer bounce. We tried a VSS from a 96 Bronco and it fixed the problem, however It belongs to the Bronco. So my Question is where could I get a reliable sensor Like you bought, apparently the oem replacements don't work with My 96 F250.

    Thanks for Reading

    Dave

Did you ever get your vss problem fixed? I had the same problem on my 1996 f350. It ended up being a short somewhere in the gauge cluster. I went through I don't know how many speed sensors before I found a post about the gauge cluster. I ordered a gauge cluster on ebay about 3 years ago and have not had an issue with the code or the overdrive light flashing or anything. If you have any questions give me a call 314-560-3171
