    Hello, I'm writing to you because of a post you wrote about troubleshooting a CMP. It was about checking the frequency.

    My 2008 6.4 died while driving and now won't start. Only code is 0341. I installed a new CMP but it didn't help. When going through the 6.0 troubleshooting steps, can't find anything on the 6.4, I get the proper resistance from pcm plug to sensor.

    The freq when measured is between 2 and 4hz.

    Do you have any other information that might help, it would be much appreciated.

    she's holding up, Benny. i just replaced the radiator with a Mishimoto one. she's still running on stock head bolts. i got a nick on the boot of the passenger side tie rod end though. it's still running fine, but i may change it out later. i still need to do the tranny fluid maintenance and i'll be updating to the larger filter and larger pan. so far so good.

    I was a little puzzled over those tan flakes. I haven't seen anything like that or saw any posts that I can remember. I've been following your thread but didn't have anything helpful to add. It sux you're back in there in just five years. Not a whole lot of options besides a good flush and a cooler.

    hey Blade35. I was wondering if the pictures you posed on the thread "Need help quick. Oil cooler housing cracked" if #1 sat on top of #2 or if they are totally different

    I am making a little video.
    What it came down to was the sun gear blowing off the shell.
    They only spin weld the things and sometimes come apart.
    I did post a video in the one thread about that part and what it looked like.
    When I post the video I will make a new thread so I can get it all in one place.

    Whats up Blade? Been awhile, my truck has been running great hope yours has been too. I have a question for you. I bought new front wheel bearing assemblies from a company I found on here. I have put about 20k miles on them since I replaced both sides. I took my old ones off and bought these ones because I thought my old ones were bad, turns out they were still in great shape. The new ones both went bad at about 20k miles and had quite a bit of play in them. It was causing some driving issues my truck would go side to side constantly and was getting dangerous. I put my old ones back on that have 150k miles on them and they have been rock solid. I am curious how you think I should handle this. I do not want replacements or my money back they are out of warranty, but I was thinking people on here should know what they are in for when they get these ones. Should I write about it and let people know, and throw them to the wolves or just leave it be? Take care
