Hey man, I was curious what colors you have on your truck?

I didn't. I probably should have, if I was going to do it right. I just wanted to get all the rust holes patched, and nobody can tell the difference anyways. Most people don't believe it was rusted out when I tell them, I did a really good job on the body work.

I ordered new panels, cut the rusted areas out, cut the panels larger than the area being repaired, then glued and riveted the panels in place under the existing metal. Then I used a grinder to remove the rivet heads, and then I bondo'd it. Then all I had to do was prep it and paint it (I used 3m undercoating, about $8 a can from o'reilly's). Total cost was approximately $300 to fix all of the rust on my pickup, my wheel-wells were completely shot, and so was my cabcorners under the back windows (I had holes in the cab over a foot long). Also fixed various other spots with fiberglass bondo.

If none of this makes much sense, it's because I am hungover right now
