Ford sells botha replacement cooler and also a replacement core. The reason they started selling the core is purely cost. All you need is this core, instructions are included on how to install. The core part number is 3C3Z-6A642-CA

I think you are talking about an oil cooler kit. they can be got at international, ford dealer or ebay.
So far as the egr cooler delete lots of places sell them. all you need to do is google egr delelte or you can check the sponcer section here and ebay.
