    I saw your post on modifing an oil bath air cleaner to use a standard filter.
    I have a 55 223 do you want to sell the one you modified and diden't fit your carb?

    Hello, I need parts for a 254 I am rebuilding. A good water neck / thermostat housing is at the top of the list. Accessory bracket, shrouds, throttle linkages (as far back as you got them) stuff like that. Please email me at jwhowl@verizon.net. Thanks! John

    Hi Wayne,
    Got the mounts a few weeks back. Finally blasted them this weekend. Found some small cracks in the metal around the bolts. I suppose that was a common fault in the design. Welded and painted them up and they should be fine.
