    I can clean mine leaving it in, the sensor is right in the air tract so if you can see it, you can clean it.
    Not sure of the year of your truck but the sensor wire plug on my 2002 is just in front of the master cylinder about 8" from the sensor

    Oh, forgot to mention ,seen your profile,I work on a lot of heavy equipment and truck transport as well.

    I know it sound to go to be true. I questioned the guy and he said to trust him and I did. I have no problems running a larger gap. I am thinking of trying some new plugs I saw on TV. I just cant remember the name. There are so many. I saw them on HorsepowerTV show.

    The motor is a 223 six for my 1954 F100 project. Not the original block though.These engines were made from 54 to early 60s. They were in trucks and cars. Not too many guys that go for them in their projects, most like the v8s. Parts still mostly available.

    just bought it. gave the grey ghost to a fellow in need. he drove it over earlier this eve, so i still see it. i will help him work on it if we can get our schedules together.

    The fuel pump is not hard to change out, at least on the bronco. There are 8 bolts to take off, lower the tank with the skidplate, take the hoses loose first, there are two gas lines, one electrical connection and one vapor line. It was a struggle to figure it out at first, but on the 1990 Bronco, no special tools are required to loosen the gas lines, just take it slow and work it right.
