Does any one know how much a gauge cluster cost for a f350 95?

Thats a 500 rpm swing thats odd. Is it 2000 rpm or 2500? Cant vary that much.

All that taken into consideration, at 55 miles per hour, if you are turning 2000 rpm, with 4.10 gears, and no overdrive, you would require a 37" tall tire.

Same scenario at 2500 rpm that tire size would be 30 inches tall.

Im not sure what you are asking really.
Proabably should know things that are not variables. You know your tire size? You shouldl know your gear ratio. Speed should be known, and rpm should be accurate.
If one is not known we can calculate to determine one of the variables.
