I"m trying to figure out a new dilemma I currently have and ran across this old message I never saw - I'm sorry about that. You've probably already made your decision, but I thought I'd at least still give you my 2 cents on owning Duratracs. I like the tires a lot - the look, the feel on the road and offroad, snow traction, etc. The only thing I am facing, which I read quite a few other people have done the same, is agressive tire wear on my F350. I don't know if it is the weight of this truck or the torque of the diesel or what, but at 13,000 miles I am down about half way on the tread depth. They are starting to look considerably different and I just put them on this truck 14 months ago. I hoped to get at least 40,000 miles out of these tires but there is no way. They do hum a bit once I hit some higher speeds, but I don't mind it. I considered the 295 width too but read some people experienced poor road traction with the wider ones. Did you end up getting these tires?

No, wish I did. Thier is a box thier that inhibits storing stuff thier like the other side. For the heated seats or power seats I imagine. I though it might be the lock box. If it is, I can't figure it out.

Do you have a storage compartment under the rear seat that is lockable?
    Thanks

I'm curious what kind of mileages you are getting.
Do you pull a trailer or 5th wheel? I have a 5th wheel abot 9,000 lbs and everyone here with a diesel is telling it won't pull it whenI know I will have no problem.

    Hi ommegang
Just ordered my 2011 F-250 Royal Red/Pale Adobe exterior paint.
Is that what yours is? If it is and you have a few pictures I'd appreciate if you can send them to me. My wife is dying to see the colors look like.

Thats almost the exact MSRP as the one im looking at ordering! Do you have the 4:30 rear? The only thing im not sure about is weather or not to get the "chrome package" or if its worth the extra $1000. And i know how you can be hooked as soon as you drive it!!! Ordering in mid-march! Cant wait! Anything bad to say about the truck so far??
