    Haven't seen any posts lately, project still going, bad weather?. Just put 78 cab on 89 today, get to finish cab mounts tomorrow. Check my library, almost blew up ticker 2 1/2 weeks ago, today was first day back. Wah ha ha ha haa.

    You are right. I wasn't thinking clearly. I swapped leaf springs at the same time from a parts truck that had an extra leaf in each spring and got about 2 more inches of lift.

    I did not. I did have to get longer shocks. However, if you have a mechanical clutch linkage I expect you would have to extend the rod. I have converted to hydraulic clutch when I did my diesel swap.
