John, I noticed on an older post that you mentioned you had a PDF of instructions for a complete rebuild on the 6.0. I'm running into some problems with mine and was wondering if I could get that PDF sent over to me as well. Thanks in advance.

Yes, I run a cetane booster and a fuel conditioner, plus I threw some rex-x into it after a few weeks to see if that would help, but it didn't. I think I just bought lousy injectors.

Hello John, Are you currently running any additives? I run the cetane booster from ford in mine on a regular basis and they seem to love it. I have heard other good things from it aswell. Im on 150k miles on my injectors they survived a head gasket blowout oil cooler egr and other things and they run great still. Just thought I would throw that out there maybe it will help.
