I have a photo set of how I repaired "notched" linkage. I can't post photos yet on this site (I'm too new) but if you send me your e-mail I'll send them to you. ccsmith38@comcast.net

    Hi Schuyles:
Saw your comment about buying mercury truck hubcaps and was wondering where they were for sale? I'm looking for caps for my 1965 merc m100. Thanks Lefty Rodan

Thanks Schuyles! The truck has been lowered and the ride softened up. It has a new set of drop I-beams in the front and about half of the leaf springs have been removed in the back. The tires are 20 inch toyo proxes 265/45/R20s on Dodge rims. Tire height is 28 inches and it's got a 9 inch rear end with a 4.11:1 ratio. It's got an I6 240cid and automatic transmission. It's still a work in progress - aren't they all!?!
