Hey there. Just looking for a little advice. I was reading through the archives on rear leaf spring upgrades on '87-'96 f150's, and I see that you created a hybrid of sorts on your previous '94. I am trying to do the same on my '95 using f250 spring packs, but only using the bottom four. My question is: what did you do with that c-clip bracket that holds the bottom springs together? It has to come off (cut off) to do the swap, but then I'm wondering what you did as a replacement once the hybrid pack was back together? Thanks.

So i have been reading many of posts about the front spring swap and you had said that you had done it.....So i have a 95 f150 XLT w/ a 5.8L E40D.... my front end is sagging like they all do...so what would you recommend??....how about the rear end?? do you know if you can just take leaf springs off a F250 and they bolt right up or what...Just looking to get the suspension a little stiffer for haulling my trailer w/ 4 quads on it.... any other suggestions for this truck i wanna keep it around for a while dont drive it much except for the weekends hauling quads...might wanna put a plow on it before next winter.
