    Hey Ron!
I am glad Donna and yourself enjoyed them.
    It was pretty straight forward:

    1/4 cup distilled white vinegar
    2 teaspoons salt
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    1 tablespoon minced garlic
    1 onion, thinly sliced
    2 tablespoons olive oil

All mixed together, then drizzled over the lamb. Left it overnight in the refrigerator (although I am sure a couple of hours marinating would be sufficient)

Oh, and one thing I forgot too add - let the meat get to room temperature before cooking!

Sorry I missed you! The truck is still not ready for show. Getting some good work done on it, but I've got a ways to go! I'm still looking for two 16 inch OE wheels if you have any connections. Thanks!
