    Thanks for the reps. The door seal tubing is the standard 3/8s inch outer diameter surgical tubing with 1/16th walls. You definitely want latex tubing. Poly is too stiff.

    Thanks for the rep...I'll give you 95% it's the Fram after what you've said. Be sure the rubber gasket comes off with the old filter...when I took off the cheapo the dealer put on my van, it stayed on the engine, so I installed the 820S with 2 gaskets and proceeded to pump about 4 quarts onto my driveway.... I did this once before, in 1972, with an old Austin Healey 3000 that had a canister filter on which I did not get the O ring right
